Board was placed on Cleveland’s reserve/injured list with a shoulder injury on August 31 and was released 11 days later on September 11. He played collegiately at Chattanooga from 2012 to 2015 and made 47 career starts, totaling 146 catches for 2,032 yards and 10 touchdowns. Board will wear No. 16 for the Jaguars.
