A scheme that was blocked by Broncos CEO & President, Joe Ellis, and led to Elway sleeping on it making the decision to stick with Joseph for another year. With just one more loss, the Broncos will finish with their first back-to-back losing season in over 40 years and Elway isn’t going to let that stand.
